In this sculptural series, I study 3 types of icosahedral symmetry described by ancient Plato. Although skewed by the viewing perspective all the 20 faces of this regular solid are seen. The edges appear to intersect one another like on a wire frame 3d model. I then fill the 2d pattern with pyramidal tiles. Height of any tile respects the gravitational properties of its field, the smaller ones are shorter, the larger ones get to be higher.

The Icosa2 shows the 2 fold symmetry perspective view.
